PAYMENT POLICY

• Room Rates are per suite, per night and include V.A.T. and local tax
• In order to secure your booking a deposit of 30% will be required, which is not refundable in case of cancelation.
• The balance to be paid at your arrival.

CANCELATION POLICY

• In case of cancelation at any time, the deposit (30%) is not refundable
• For cancelations that take place 30 days or more from the arrival date you are not obligated to pay the balance.
• However, if you cancel the booking LESS THAN 30 DAYS you have to pay the total amount.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: up to 4 guests

MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights
